BISHOP JONATHAN R. MITCHELL

Bishop Jonathan R. Mitchell, affectionately known as "Pastor Jay," or "Pastor J.,"  is a native of Fort Worth, Texas and currently resides in the Dallas area.  In 1988 Pastor Mitchell accepted the call into the Gospel Ministry and since his call, Pastor Mitchell has faithfully served the Kingdom as a Gospel preacher/teacher for over 30 years. He studied Theology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Prior to his elevation to the office of Lead Pastor, Bishop Mitchell dutifully served  for nearly eight years at New Breed Christian Center, where he untiringly labored in various capacities during his tenure, namely as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor, Church Administrator, and Youth Pastor.  The Lord gave Bishop Mitchell along with his wife Pastor Lateiundria Mitchell the vision to launch the Life Center Church Reloaded in 2016 and then reboot the ministry in 2024 to its' current identity, Christ Culture Church DFW.  In 2020 he was consecrated to the office of the Bishop.

      

Bishop Mitchell has been recognized by many as one of God’s gifted orators of His Word, and because of his passion for ministry, and effective exposition, has been, and continues to be  sought after both locally and nationally as a revivalist, preacher, teacher, and lecturer.  In addition to his ministerial vocation, Pastor Mitchell has also served his community in the funeral service industry for over 27 years, and is the President and General Manager of J. R. Mitchell & Co. The Funeral Directors, LLC in Fort Worth, TX.  Bishop Mitchell also serves as the visionary and establishmentarian of Connections Covering and Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide, LLC (A.C.L.W.). Bishop Mitchell blissfully shares a life of love with his partner in life and in ministry Pastor Lateiundria Mitchell.
